The Victorinox (formerly Forschner*) 8-inch Breaking Knife features a black Fibrox handle and extremely sharp blade that holds its edge. This butcher's knife, designed to break down large cuts of meat into smaller sections, easily makes a single pass through the meat for clean, efficient cuts.

The patented Fibrox handle is dishwasher safe and slip resistant, even when wet. It is also NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) approved, as crevices that would offer hospitality to bacteria are minimized. As with all R.H.
